Our farm is known for own production and processing of milk. Our cows spend the most of the year on pastures – during the summer on mountain pastures, yet, in spring and autumn they graze in the valley. During the winter, hay becomes their main fodder.
Through all year, we produce semi-hard, full-fat cheese, which is also our main product. Because of high demand, we sometimes also offer aged cheese. From whey, parallel product of cheese making, we make albumin cottage cheese, that is sold fresh. Also, a part of the cottage cheese is salted and ripened, like it was done in the past. Our production consists also of yogurts – plain and also in different tastes of fruits.
