Slap Virje
Just a stone’s throw from Bovec, near the village Plužna, springs the Glijun stream (also Gljun). On its way it created a beautiful waterfall Virje. It falls over the rock as a jet or as a water curtain. Underneath it creates beautiful green-blue pools. Its flow depends on the time of the year. Especially full is in spring, when snow melts high up in the mountains, but nevertheless it is always worth a visit.
